Street Team position, part-time - Clear Channel Richmond
Clear Channel Richmond is hiring part-time Street Team members for our promotions department representing the following stations: Q94 / 106.5 The Beat / XL102 / Lite98 / Sports Radio 910 / 1140 WRVA.
We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic individuals who will prepare sites for various remote broadcasts and station appearances, and maintain positive relations with our listeners, clients and promotional partners. This is a fun job working in the media and entertainment business but we are only interested in serious, responsible individuals.
IMPORTANT: This is an event driven position with no set work schedule.
You MUST be available to work irregular hours, 7 days a week, many afternoons and evenings, with the bulk of the hours Thursday thru Sunday, and sometimes on short notice.
You will be responsible for banner placement, decorations, PA system setup, assisting on-air talent and maintaining maximum station visibility at all times. You will also be responsible for loading vans for remotes and making sure all equipment and prizes are ready to go.
You will be driving many station vehicles to and from events and must have a good driving record.
Must be available to work irregular hours, 7 days a week, many evenings, with the bulk of the hours Thursday thru Sunday and sometimes on short notice.
Opportunities may arise for the right individuals to cross-train as a station Board Op, and previous Board Op experience is a Big Plus!

Integrated Media Sales Manager Role Description
This high performance leader is responsible for driving integrated media revenue by creating and developing compelling campaigns that engage and connect advertiser's needs with consumers. This candidate must lead and foster Integrated Media sales excellence and have a customer-centered approach to meet the needs of sophisticated advertisers in a dynamic and highly competitive marketplace. This person will coach, engage and creatively motivate an extremely fast paced sales department in integrated media business development. As a member of the sales management team, this high performance person will work with the Sales Managers on overall sales strategies, new revenue generation and goal setting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, brainstorm and creative integrated media presentations and campaigns for advertisers which connect and engage consumers through various Clear Channel media assets including radio, online, mobile and promotional opportunities.
- Maximize revenue and promotional opportunities through integrated programs developed between Sales, Programming, Promotion and Internet departments.
- Lead with creativity, coach, motivate and train sellers that are not direct reports in achieving specific Integrated Media budgets.
- Communicate; brainstorm and problem solve solutions with sales managers and other department heads to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with each station GSM to achieve their IM/Online budgets through training, package development and brainstorming ideas.
- Initiate new revenue projects that will benefit the stations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of radio and/or digital sales and/or management experience with a proven track record achieving budgets
- Excellent problem solving, communication, sales skills
- Must have the ability to influence, persuade and clearly communicate both in writing and verbally.
- Excellent attention to detail, driven to succeed and accomplish goals
- Strong PowerPoint/Excel skills
- Knowledge and experience in building successful integrated media campaigns
- Knowledge and understanding of online and new media technology
- Excellent Organizational, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work with others and recommend solutions
